    The (De) Toppers were announced as the representatives of their country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia with the song "Shine". They competed in the second semi-final but failed to reach the final.
    Shortly after Eurovision in 2009, Gordon left The (De) Toppers. However, on December 2 it was announced that both Gerard Joling and Gordon will return to The (De) Toppers. They performed in May 2010

At the age of seven, she began classical piano lessons, but stopped in 1990 and it began to take singing lessons. After passing the baccalaureate at the School on Cathedral Square in her hometown, studied for a year at the New School for Social Research in New York jazz. After returning to Basel, she studied at the University of Basel economy.
    In 1996 she met the renowned musician Bo Katzman backstage at a concert by DJ Bobo know what he took her as a special guest for his gospel tour. Self as a background singer, among others, Céline Dion followed. A climax they had when they the opening act for Whitney Houston before 12,000 people at the Zurich Hallenstadion occurred. Shortly thereafter, she hosted the TV show Cinderella at the Swiss private broadcaster TV3 . In 2002 he released the album My Wishlist . Then she gave her band concerts in Switzerland, Germany and Brazil . Their German album was released in 2005 on my way , that of Götz von Sydow was produced. In 2005 she toured with Night of the Proms by Germany. Her current album is called from 2007 Love Rocks .
