The concert film, which was filmed at the the famous Hollywood Bowl in 1968, was digitally remastered and remixed and brought fans the closest experience to actually being there. After the Qello Concerts Digital Premier, there was a live streamed Q&A with The Doors Keyboardist, Ray Manzarek hosted by the legendary Rolling Stone reporter Ben Fong- Torres.   In 1969 Deep Purple premiered Jon Lords groundbreaking Concerto For Group And Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall. Thirty years later, in September 1999, Deep Purple and the London Symphony Orchestra returned to the same venue for the concertos second performance. The centrepiece of the concert is of course the concerto itself but it is preceded by a short set of other Jon Lord tracks, songs from Roger Glovers Butterfly Ball (sung by Ronnie James Dio) and Ian Paices jazz arrangement of the early Purple classic Wring That Neck. Following the concerto are five Deep Purple classics culminating with Smoke On The Water.

  Feast of Friends, filmed in 1968, was the first and only film produced about The Doors by The Doors. It offers a cinematic look at The Doors on the road during their summer ’68 tour. Whilst never truly completed, the film provides a stylistic approach in true sixties cinéma vérité style. Concert performances are intercut with fly-on-the-wall footage of the group in their natural habitat, sometimes playful, sensitive, chaotic and touching. Other than a few appearances in film festivals in 1968, an official release would never be seen until now. Completely restored from the original negative, as supervised by Jim Morrison, the film has been colour corrected and cleaned in high definition with the soundtrack totally remixed and remastered by long-time Doors’ collaborator Bruce Botnick.

  Emerson, Lake and Palmer, known to all as ELP, were progressive rock’s first supergroup. Keith Emerson (keyboards) came from The Nice, Greg Lake (guitar, bass & vocals) from King Crimson and Carl Palmer (drums) from Atomic Rooster. Formed in 1970 they were an instant success and went on to have a series of hugely successful albums throughout the seventies before splitting up in the early eighties. Reunited in the early nineties they produced a new album, Black Moon, and began to tour again. In 1997 they embarked on a world tour which included this performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival on July 7. It is the only film from this tour that is available. The set includes ELP classics from across their career including Karn Evil 9 (“Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends”), Hoedown, Take A Pebble, Lucky Man, Tarkus, Pictures At An Exhibition and Fanfare For The Common Man. Also featured are rare tracks that have never appeared on ELP studio albums such as Touch And Go, Dance Creole and Carmina Burana. The booklet features individual sleeve notes from Keith Emerson, Greg Lake and Carl Palmer.

But then in the 1980s, the Phil Collins-led Genesis kicked into an altogether different, more pop, sound , attracting a massive following - including many young women fans . In the process, they became one the most successful bands in the world. Their 1986 album “Invisible Touch”, for example, produced five US top ten singles including number one with the title song.

  'TIME MACHINE 2011: Live In Cleveland' is an evening with Rush performing their classic hits and features the legendary 'Moving Pictures' album, performed live in its entirety. Released in 1981, 'Moving Pictures' is their most successful album, certified 4x Platinum, and features some of the band's most well known songs and perennial radio favorites, including “Tom Sawyer,” “Limelight” and the Grammy®-nominated instrumental “YYZ.” Captured in April, 2011 in Cleveland during the renowned trio’s extensive world tour, 'TIME MACHINE 2011: Live In Cleveland' marks the band’s first live concert filmed in the United States. The choice to record in Cleveland was a deliberate nod of gratitude to the first city to support Rush on its airwaves, as former WMMS DJ Donna Halper is widely credited for helping break the band in 1974 by spinning “Working Man.” The reinterpreted live version of “Working Man” was the encore closer on the Time Machine tour and is included on this release. In addition to the 26-song concert set, Rush’s notorious concept tour videos are included: The first short film, entitled “The ‘Real’ History of Rush Episode No. 2 ‘Don’t Be Rash,’” and the opening second set video, "The ‘Real’ History of Rush Episode No. 17 ‘...and Rock and Roll is My Name.'"

  The 30-year history of Wishbone Ash has hardly been smooth, with numerous personnel changes and gradually fading popularity since the band's most acclaimed album, Argus, was released in 1972. What you'll witness here, then, is an inspiring and altogether good-natured example of survival embodied by original Wishbone guitarist Andy Powell. Looking youthful at 50, his formerly long hair now shaved off altogether, Powell remains a virtuoso ax-man, matched by fellow ace Mark Birch (temporarily filling the shoes of the departed Ted Turner) to recreate Wishbone's signature twin-guitar sound. As the sole survivor of Wishbone's original lineup, Powell happily presides over the group's considerable legacy, epitomized here by outstanding performances of the Ash classics "Phoenix" and "Blowin' Free."
