Director of Communications

Nicole is the Team Q Director of Communications and resident music enthusiast. After a career in television production for CNN and NBC, and media consulting, she followed her deep passion for music and joined the Qello founding members to help create this service to share incredible live music moments with the world. Nicole's musical flavor spans most bands that jam (Phish), '90s alt rock (Pearl Jam), much of the indie selections (Tame Imapala), anything with horns, folk, and she has a special place in her heart for the classics (The Beatles, The Band, Neil Young), Motown, reggae, and basically just all good music.

Michael Kiwanuka - Love and Hate

Sturgill Simpson - A Sailors Guide to Earth

The Live Phish app

My Morning Jacket - It Still Moves

“Their records have sold more copies in the past 24 months than the Bible has sold in the past 24 years.”  That's the opening narrative for Cream’s Farewell Concert film, made in 1968 at the Royal Albert Hall.  After just two years playing together, the band, including 23 year-old Eric Clapton, called it quits. But not before gracing us with gems like “Sunshine of Your Love” and “White Room.”

This week’…

We got hit with a dose of the '80s this week!  New in the Q is Europe Live at Shepherd's Bush London (2011) and sure enough, the final song is "The Final Countdown."  Kicking it into heavy gear, we've got Stryper Live in Indonesia (2010).  Expect all those late '80s MTV hits like "Honestly" and "Calling on You."    The next band dates 20 years earlier than the '80s, but has probably influenced musicians in every decade since the '60s. The Troggs Live a…

The Raconteurs - Live at Montreux Alert: We’ve got Jack White! When I saw the Raconteurs land on the Q, I wanted to shout it from the rooftop – or from every social media rooftop. The quality and camera work on this 2008 show in Montreux is unreal. And you get all the hits like “Steady as She Goes” and “Salute your Solution.” I’m a sucker for “You Don’t Understand Me” and the “Carolina Drama” closer. The Yardbi…

If the K-Fed years made you forget what an amazingly hot dancer/entertainer Britney is, this documentary is your reminder.  The “My Prerogative” track says it all.
Britney Spears - Queen of Pop  This doc showcases a radical turning point in the world and in music, set to the ethereal, orchestral sound of the Moody Blues. I can’t get over the footage from the 1970 Isle of Wight Festival.
Moody Blues – Threshold of Dreams Add a female…
